The Galería de Arte Nacional, the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo and the Museo de Bellas Artes house an important selection of Soto’s works in their permanent collections.
The Museo de Bellas Artes de Caracas has paid tribute to Soto through exhibitions and shows since very early in his career.
The first solo exhibition took place in 1957.

An exhibition to mark the centenary of Soto’s birth was celebrated in 2023. The curatorship included works from the Venezuelan public collection, that are kept in the custody of the Fundación Museo Nacionales.
